NOTE:The delivery service offered on this product is based on a one man only delivery. Due to the nature and weight of this product, you will need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle when it arrives at your premises. Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Corgi registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your room and intended location with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment, Also ensure to study all the relevant information for installation of this appliance by reading the online installation & user instructions provided by Drugasar at www.drugasar.co.uk before proceeding to purchase, as we cannot accept any liability in the event that this product proves to be unsuitable for your needs or circumstances. When installing this product you will also need to construct a false chimney breast to accept the depth of the fire and line it with non combustable material. The standard balanced flue kit supplied with the fire comes off the top of the fire and raises up 1000mm minimum before venting horizontally at 90 degrees through the external wall. However there is a Chimney conversion kit available for standard 2 storey buildings of normal size & height to enable this fire to operate within an UK style Chimney breast, which consists of 1 short vertical flue / roof terminal, 1 flat or pitched roof tile aluminium plate, 10 metres of flexible 100mm flue pipe, 1 chimney closure plate, 1 flexible 100mm flue adaptor and 1 500mm concentric adjustable flue pipe 150/100 (NOTE: Additional flue pipe & accessories are available prices on request). This appliance comes standard with a temperature display remote control which allows the flame height to vary between high and low from your armchair with a fully automated electronic ignition.
Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear which is quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the glass may also require cleaning from time to time due to condensation that may form on the inside of the glass. Due to the number of size measurements and complexity of this fire it is strongly reccomended that you have the appliance on site / in your possession to take accurate measurements from before proceeding to construct any any false walls or chimney breast to avoid potential mistakes being made.
