- The Brilliant Geometry C4 Oblong comes standard with a Corian thickness of 12mm, although you can upgrade to an optional extra thickness of 70mm which is then called Oblong solid (see technical diagram below)

NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Corgi registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Note this fire is open fronted and does not have any integral guard, hence a tactile separator may be required in accordance with BS 5871-3:2005 (Please consult with your Corgi registered gas engineer for further details). *Also due to the sheer number of varying flue boxes it is not possible to know which fires are suitable until such time as the existing fire has been removed. Please note that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble or driftwood fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear. NOTE: This fire is not available with pebble fuel effect in a propane (LPG) gas version. **This fire does not require a hearth when installed in accordance with the minimum height requirement above floor level explained within the installation instructions supplied with the fire (details available from Brilliant Fires technical department on request).
