NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Corgi registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. A suitable air vent may be required within the proposed room of installation when installing this product. Please also be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visable on a pebble or driftwood fuel effect. It is reccomended that this fire should not be used as a sole source of heat rather as a secondary source in conjunction with central heating.
