The room must also have an openable window and built in ventilation of at least 100cm2. Please note that the 670mm high by 805mm wide dimensions above relate to the "Bright Satin" trim and the 780mm high by 958mm wide dimensions above relate to the "Black / Chrome & All Black trim finishes". A cavity wall box may also be required if you do not intend to construct your own cavity wall box out of suitable non combustible material when recessing the fire into the wall.
